About
I am Vaughn Dewar, an IT and digital transformation leader based in Toronto.
I have spent more than 20 years in IT and more than 11 of them leading IT teams, most recently at a mid-sized manufacturer. My focus is practical: make the systems people already use work better, make the numbers trustworthy, and finish projects.
Ideal Consulting is how I take that experience to other manufacturers. I work directly with you, I write in plain language, and I say what a number is based on.
